What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature for key mid-market restaurant clients.
- Generate a consistent pipeline through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and face-to-face visits.
- Conduct current vs. future state analyses to identify prospect needs and demonstrate platform value.
- Strategically handle objections to maximize closing probability and hit regional growth targets.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships team to funnel and activate leads.
- Maintain CRM accuracy for forecasting and ensure smooth handover to Implementation Consultants.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is essential.
- At least 3 years of experience in a full sales cycle, new business acquisition role within the F&B sector.
- Proven ability to effectively engage and influence C-Level and Director-level executives.
- Strong proactive outbound mentality and results-oriented approach to targets.
- Must possess the legal right to work in the UAE.
Nice to have
- Experience with POS systems or online ordering platforms.
- Existing network of customers and relationships within the UAE F&B or tech industry.
- Native proficiency in Arabic.
