What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature for key mid-market restaurant clients.
  • Generate a consistent pipeline through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and face-to-face visits.
  • Conduct current vs. future state analyses to identify prospect needs and demonstrate platform value.
  • Strategically handle objections to maximize closing probability and hit regional growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team to funnel and activate leads.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy for forecasting and ensure smooth handover to Implementation Consultants.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a full sales cycle, new business acquisition role within the F&B sector.
  • Proven ability to effectively engage and influence C-Level and Director-level executives.
  • Strong proactive outbound mentality and results-oriented approach to targets.
  • Must possess the legal right to work in the UAE.

Nice to have

  • Experience with POS systems or online ordering platforms.
  • Existing network of customers and relationships within the UAE F&B or tech industry.
  • Native proficiency in Arabic.
