What you will do

• Lead and develop high-performing HR team to meet site objectives.
• Collaborate with site leadership to address performance, associate relations, and human capital issues.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition for staffing and monitor key HR metrics like turnover and engagement.
• Drive organizational change initiatives and talent strategies in partnership with site director.
• Conduct data analysis to inform HR decisions and improve associate experience.

Requirements

• Must have on-site manufacturing HR support experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related (or equivalent) + 7+ years progressive HR experience.
• 3+ years managing HR teams and 3+ years on-site manufacturing HR.
• Comprehensive knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Proficiency with MS Office, ATS, HRIS (Workday preferred).
• Strong program management, change management, and data analysis skills.
