HR Advisor

Media business creating content across print, online publishing, audio broadcasting, and entertainment in Europe, operating in UK, Germany, Poland, France and more.

What you will do

• Advise on employee relations including performance, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and welfare.
• Coach managers on performance and people management, delivering HR training sessions.
• Build relationships with teams, HR Business Partners, and Talent teams for recruitment and support.
• Handle operational HR delivery like onboarding, processes, documentation, and payroll coordination.
• Champion inclusion and Belonging at Bauer strategy for a positive culture.

Requirements

• Proven HR generalist experience (ideally 2+ years).
• Strong understanding of Employment Law (CIPD Level 5 desirable).
• Experience managing ER cases in fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills with HR data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GDPR/confidentiality practices.
• Ability to manage high-volume workload under pressure.
