What you will do

• Participate in technical activities planning, including schedule and cost management
• Manage core systems engineering elements like functional analysis, requirements, interfaces, and engineering database
• Oversee subsystems and software design, ensuring interface control and technical consistency
• Lead technical assessments, trade-offs, baseline definition, and budgets
• Write and maintain engineering documentation, manage system baseline and change control
• Plan development and validation for system, spacecraft, and ground segment; support AIV/T, launch, and in-orbit commissioning
• Consolidate and iterate on company-wide systems engineering processes

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Aerospace, Engineering, Physics or similar
• +10 years experience in spacecraft industry
• Experience in system requirements decomposition, trade studies, and sizing/error budget for spacecraft
• Familiarity with full space program lifecycle from business development to delivery
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams
• Highly organized, capable of tracking multiple critical activities

Nice to have

• Expertise in spacecraft subsystems: avionics, power, AOCS, propulsion, thermal, mechanical, AIT, LEOP, manufacturing, launcher interfaces, FDIR
• Experience with LEO, MEO or GEO spacecraft system design
• Comfortable interacting with institutional (UKSA, ESA) and commercial customers
