Solution Engineer (AdTech)

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical contact for clients throughout product integrations.
• Coordinate development efforts, product upgrades, migrations, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Work with Sales, Product, Operations, Engineering, Detection, and Technical Account Management teams.
• Create internal and external technical documentation that helps customers manage integrations independently.
• Present HUMAN products and services to technical, product, engineering, and executive audiences.
• Manage multiple projects, track deliverables, protect client data, and relay feature requirements to Product teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology Systems.
• Experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager in Media and Advertising.
• Knowledge of Open Real-Time Bidding lifecycle, IVT terminology, VAST, SSP-to-DSP bid flows, viewability, and brand safety products.
• Familiarity with ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, web troubleshooting tools, APIs, server and networking technologies, and public or private cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
• Programming or scripting experience with HTML, JavaScript, Java, Go, C++, Python, Shell, or Node.
• Experience querying Snowflake datasets, using JIRA and Confluence, writing technical documentation, and managing multiple deliverables.
