What you will do

• Nurture relationships and drive sales growth with current and future customers using communication and networking skills.
• Schedule and attend in-person and remote customer meetings.
• Develop proposals including basic thermal calculations to design heating solutions.
• Manage CRM data, order cycles, quote generation, order entry, and approvals.
• Monitor sales and bookings for assigned accounts and reclaim previous business.
• Attend industry events to build relationships and promote solutions.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience with outside sales and/or in the service industry.
• Candidates must reside in, or near, Chicago, Milwaukee, Madison, or Minneapolis.
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering preferred; other technical degrees considered.
• Self-motivated with track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Proven experience in problem-solving, multi-tasking, remote work, and collaboration.
• Excellent organization, communication skills, and ability to read specifications and drawings.
• Ability to assemble bill of materials and present thermal solutions to customers and engineers.
