What you will do

• Steer digital transformation with business leaders, focusing on key outcomes and impact.
• Assess digital maturity, build recommendations and action plans, manage roadmaps.
• Animate networks of digital champions, promote best practices, benchmarking, and continuous learning.
• Lead the AI Council for North America: manage backlogs, prioritization, adoption, usage, and value.
• Deliver digital, data, and AI products by sourcing IS/IT teams and leading operational support.
• Support skill development, training plans, communication, and managerial engagement.

Requirements

• BS in computer science, electrical or computer engineering; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years IT experience with progressive leadership.
• Track record leading multi-functional teams and large-scale projects.
• Solid background in custom software development and cloud solutions (Azure or AWS required).
• Expertise in system integration, data management, business intelligence tools.
• Comprehensive application of Agile methodology; superb communication including C-suite.
• Geographically mobile for international assignments.
