What you will do
- Steer digital transformation with business leaders, focusing on key outcomes and impact.
- Assess digital maturity, build recommendations and action plans, manage roadmaps.
- Animate networks of digital champions, promote best practices, benchmarking, and continuous learning.
- Lead the AI Council for North America: manage backlogs, prioritization, adoption, usage, and value.
- Deliver digital, data, and AI products by sourcing IS/IT teams and leading operational support.
- Support skill development, training plans, communication, and managerial engagement.
Requirements
- BS in computer science, electrical or computer engineering; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7 years IT experience with progressive leadership.
- Track record leading multi-functional teams and large-scale projects.
- Solid background in custom software development and cloud solutions (Azure or AWS required).
- Expertise in system integration, data management, business intelligence tools.
- Comprehensive application of Agile methodology; superb communication including C-suite.
- Geographically mobile for international assignments.
