What you will do

• Provide remote and on-site technical and engineering support to ensure successful integration of foundation technology.
• Lead internal and external field and office-based engineering personnel globally.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Machinery, and Software Engineering teams to co-develop technical solutions.
• Design, implement, and complete required and ad-hoc field testing of foundations hardware and machinery.
• Design and deliver technical training for equipment operators, engineers, and mechanics.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and report safety concerns to engineer out risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field engineering, applications engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Hands-on experience with heavy machinery, foundation installation, or construction site operations.
• Proven track record of resolving on-site technical issues in customer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, geotechnical considerations, and structural analysis.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, and site plans.

• Experience working in the renewable energy sector.
• Advanced degree in Engineering or Software development.
• Previous management experience.
• Experience with Survey or GPS equipment.
