Location: Hybrid (in-office and remote) based in Washington, DC. Candidate must be able to submit verification of their legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.

Salary: $55k-$70K per year

What you will do

  • Manage all aspects of interview scheduling, coordinating multiple stakeholders and complex logistics in a high-volume environment.
  • Edit job descriptions, submit requisitions, and manage postings in Workday ATS under recruiter guidance.
  • Provide timely updates to recruiters and maintain transparency across interview activities.
  • Handle written and verbal communication with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.
  • Review resumes, disposition candidates, and keep records up to date in ATS and spreadsheets.
  • Support administrative projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting coordinator experience; professional services preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and ATS experience required (Workday preferred).
  • Self-starter with critical thinking, problem-solving, urgency, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
