What you will do
- Manage all aspects of interview scheduling, coordinating multiple stakeholders and complex logistics in a high-volume environment.
- Edit job descriptions, submit requisitions, and manage postings in Workday ATS under recruiter guidance.
- Provide timely updates to recruiters and maintain transparency across interview activities.
- Handle written and verbal communication with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.
- Review resumes, disposition candidates, and keep records up to date in ATS and spreadsheets.
- Support administrative projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting coordinator experience; professional services preferred.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and ATS experience required (Workday preferred).
- Self-starter with critical thinking, problem-solving, urgency, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
