• Develop and execute action plans to overcome obstacles in the hiring pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting or HR.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, ATS, and CRM platforms.
• Experience in the Senior Living industry.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant) and pass a background check.
