Location: Hybrid in Bangor, ME (2-3 days onsite)

Salary: $53,709 - $60,000

What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to define position specifications and provide market recommendations.
• Execute full-cycle recruitment, including reviewing ATS applications and evaluating candidate qualifications.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing plans using Boolean search, resume databases, and networking sites.
• Engage, coach, and prepare candidates for interviews, ensuring timely communication on application status.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate candidate acceptances.
• Provide accurate reporting on recruiting metrics and identify solutions for search difficulties.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Bangor, ME for a hybrid setup (2-3 days onsite).
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Management strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
