What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of TrueCapture and Navigator systems across project sites.
• Configure site-specific control parameters and integrate them with onsite NX SCADA systems.
• Analyze drone flight data and system performance metrics to optimize energy yield.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Software teams to drive bug fixes and feature enhancements.
• Act as the primary technical interface for customers and EPC partners during planning and commissioning.
• Manage drone and sensor service providers to ensure quality and cost control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Control Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Project Engineering or technical field deployment.
• Experience with control systems, renewable energy systems, or data analytics.
• Proficiency in Power BI, MS Project, and Visio.
• Must be based in the USA.
