Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage a team of engineers, drafters, and technicians for Solar PV projects.
• Produce and review full design packages, including site plans, grading, elevations, and drainage plans.
• Perform detailed physical, civil, and structural design for solar photovoltaic engineering.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and coordination for small to large scale projects.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers to support their individual professional development.
• Collaborate with clients and provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering or field experience.
• FE licensure is required; PE licensure is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills for client and internal interaction.
