Location: Hybrid (Shanghai)
Salary: 18,000–23,000 RMB/month + Commission

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for qualified leads, including discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders such as HR Directors and L&D leads.
- Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to meet quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable pipeline forecasts.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth post-sale onboarding for clients.
- Provide market insights to optimize sales messaging and product positioning.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of independently closing deals.
- English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or above (working language).
- Native Mandarin speaker.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise sales methodology (discovery, proposal, objection handling).
- Must be based in Shanghai for a hybrid work arrangement.
Nice to have
- Background in SaaS, EdTech, HR tech, or corporate training solutions.
- Experience engaging specifically with HR and Learning & Development teams.
- Familiarity with HR procurement processes at MNCs or outbound-focused Chinese enterprises.
- Experience working in a fast-growing startup or international company.
