What you will do

• Develop and deliver sales and business development strategies for revenue growth and customer acquisition in Greater China.
• Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and fintech ecosystem players.
• Identify opportunities using market knowledge and industry connections to accelerate commercial traction.
• Position payment solutions to meet customer needs through value-driven sales conversations, proposals, and presentations.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Client Services teams.
• Track pipeline, client feedback, competitors, and market developments.

Requirements

• 4+ years in business development, sales, or growth roles in payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Track record selling complex solutions to enterprise clients.
• Understanding of cross-border payments, digital financial products, and financial infrastructure.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory and commercial landscape in China, especially payments.
• Established network with merchants, payment providers, financial institutions, and fintech partners.
• Fluent Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
