Location: Hybrid in Munich or Berlin (Remote within Bavaria or Berlin allowed)

is a fast-growing ClimateTech startup that provides an AI-powered Environmental Intelligence System to help emissions-intensive industries measure and reduce their carbon footprint.
What you will do
- Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation and pre-qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Research and acquire new enterprise leads using professional networks, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
- Conduct value-driven presentations and demonstrations tailored to the challenges of large-scale organizations.
- Develop and execute a strategic acquisition plan for prospective clients in the DACH region.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align offerings with client needs.
- Maintain an accurate and transparent sales pipeline within the CRM system.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS sales managing the full sales cycle.
- Fluent German and excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Proven success in sales within industries such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, chemicals, or logistics.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Must be based in or able to work from Berlin or Munich (including remote within Bavaria/Berlin).
- Strong business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to have
- Prior experience working in the ClimateTech industry.
- Experience applying "Land and Expand" strategies within enterprise accounts.
