TL;DR

Account Executive (ClimateTech): Driving growth within the Pharma & MedTech sectors in the DACH region to help industries decarbonize with an accent on end-to-end enterprise SaaS sales cycles. Focus on acquiring new clients, navigating complex negotiations, and expanding the company's footprint across global manufacturing.

Location: Hybrid in Munich or Berlin (Remote within Bavaria or Berlin allowed)

hirify.global is a fast-growing ClimateTech startup that provides an AI-powered Environmental Intelligence System to help emissions-intensive industries measure and reduce their carbon footprint.

What you will do

  • Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation and pre-qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Research and acquire new enterprise leads using professional networks, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct value-driven presentations and demonstrations tailored to the challenges of large-scale organizations.
  • Develop and execute a strategic acquisition plan for prospective clients in the DACH region.
  • Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align offerings with client needs.
  • Maintain an accurate and transparent sales pipeline within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS sales managing the full sales cycle.
  • Fluent German and excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Proven success in sales within industries such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, chemicals, or logistics.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Berlin or Munich (including remote within Bavaria/Berlin).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working in the ClimateTech industry.
  • Experience applying "Land and Expand" strategies within enterprise accounts.
