What you will do

• Manage and grow a sustainable pipeline of opportunities within the Upstream Bioprocessing sector.
• Identify and engage potential customers through research, networking, and industry events.
• Apply a consultative sales approach to define customer problems and co-develop tailored solutions.
• Act as a technical advisor to existing customers to troubleshoot issues and enhance system performance.
• Execute on-site and virtual product demonstrations and attend industry exhibitions.
• Track leads and deliver accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of fluid handling applications in Upstream Bioprocessing.
• BSc or Diploma in an aligned technical subject or equivalent industry experience.
• Technical sales experience selling process capital equipment into life sciences.
• Proven track record in key account management and B2B business development.
• Ability to travel 60-70% across the assigned EMEA region.
• Entrepreneurial skills including problem-solving and networking.
