What you will do
- Serve as the Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager for pipeline sector projects of varying complexity.
- Build and collaboratively manage project teams with other sector managers.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk using standard project management tools.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients and regulatory agencies.
- Review project-related deliverables to ensure quality assurance and client satisfaction.
- Participate in the proposal process and marketing activities for the Pipeline Sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a natural resource or environmental field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with permitting processes through USACE, FERC, USFWS, SHPO, or similar agencies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project or deputy project management.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).
- Excellent oral communication and technical writing skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically (0-20%) as needed.
Nice to have
- Advanced degrees in environmental law, planning, anthropology, archaeology, hydrology, or biology.
- Technical editing experience.
