What you will do

  • Manage daily MasterControl LMS operations, including training assignments, curricula maintenance, and user account management.
  • Facilitate end-to-end document change request workflows in collaboration with process owners.
  • Generate and maintain compliance reports on training completion to ensure site-wide inspection readiness.
  • Act as a central liaison between engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to track curriculum updates.
  • Execute remediation plans resulting from organizational changes or audit findings to close learning gaps.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning administration or document control within a regulated industry.
  • Direct experience with MasterControl is required.
  • Proven ability to support multiple business functions (Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain) simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Advanced Excel for reporting.
