What you will do
- Diagnose performance gaps and advise on behavior change solutions, identifying when training is appropriate.
- Apply instructional design models like ADDIE and Action Mapping to create engaging, scenario-based learning.
- Facilitate dynamic classroom, virtual, or ILT sessions, managing engagement and challenges.
- Partner with SMEs to translate technical content into clear, actionable learning materials.
- Own end-to-end project development from intake to evaluation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Facilitator/Trainer (ILT and VILT) and Instructional Designer
- Strong knowledge of instructional design models and learning science
- Exceptional writing skills focused on storytelling and scenario-based design
- High autonomy, consulting presence, and stakeholder influence skills
Nice to have
- Experience with technical or process-heavy content (IT, Ops, Manufacturing)
- Building eLearning or blended learning curricula
