What you will do

• Diagnose performance gaps and advise stakeholders on behavior change and whether training is the right intervention.
• Design engaging, scenario-based learning using Mayer’s principles, ADDIE, Action Mapping, storytelling, and real-world use cases.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and instructor-led training sessions while managing learner engagement.
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate technical content into clear, actionable learning materials.
• Own the full learning development cycle from initial intake through final evaluation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a facilitator or trainer for ILT and VILT programs.
• Professional experience in instructional design.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design models and learning science.
• Exceptional writing skills, including storytelling and scenario-based design.
• High autonomy, strong consulting presence, and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with technical or process-heavy content such as IT, operations, or manufacturing.
• Experience building eLearning or blended learning curricula.
