What you will do

• Lead weekly live onboarding sessions covering product deep-dives, GTM fundamentals, and skills coaching.
• Own the training experience for GTM cohorts to ensure a structured 30-60-90 day ramp.
• Facilitate product sessions to help new hires communicate hirify.global's value proposition confidently.
• Manage certifications and practical assessments for discovery calls, objection handling, and demos.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to sharpen new hire delivery and messaging.
• Collaborate with product and GTM teams to integrate best practices into training programs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Enablement, Onboarding, or Program Management within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Proven ability as a facilitator to make complex concepts accessible and engaging.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to drive structure in ambiguous environments.
• Experience and curiosity in working with AI tools and workflows.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships across various teams and levels.
• Must be based in or able to work in New York (Hybrid).
