What you will do

• Facilitate Master Leader Course instruction using adult learning principles and experiential learning techniques.
• Lead group discussions on leadership, ethics, organizational effectiveness, and mission command.
• Assess student performance through written assignments, presentations, and participation.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to students while maintaining course standards.
• Update and adapt instructional materials to reflect current leadership doctrine and organizational priorities.
• Track student progress and maintain accurate training records and reports.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Education, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Human Development, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including curriculum design and facilitation.
• Rank of Master Sergeant (E8) or service equivalent.
• CFD-IC certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Online qualifications including Blackboard Basics and Instructor Writing Course.
• Must be able to successfully pass a drug and background check.
