What you will do

• Manage full project lifecycle including planning, design, permitting, and delivery.
• Supervise and mentor staff, specifically Engineers-in-Training (E.I.s) on stormwater and utility reports.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with applicable engineering codes and standards.
• Coordinate with local and state agencies across Central Florida and water management districts.
• Lead utility design efforts utilizing WaterCAD, EPANET, and other modeling tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in land development engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida (highly preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, EPANET, and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software.
• Must be based in or able to work in Orlando, Florida.
