Salary: $127,000 – $175,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead a team of up to 8 professionals, including engineers and project managers, providing regular feedback and coaching.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment focused on employee engagement and growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Oversee engineering design and consulting projects to ensure the application of best practices and technical excellence.
• Partner with leadership to execute regional and company strategy and identify growth opportunities within the service line.
• Mentor team members across technical, project management, and client-facing skill sets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting with a proven track record of client relationship development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong foundation in fire protection engineering principles.
• Demonstrated experience in leadership and team development.
• Ability to balance project management responsibilities with people leadership.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineering (PE) license or similar credential.
