What you will do

• Support key accounts by developing partnerships and growing business across product portfolios.
• Manage contracts, purchase orders, and align on call-off volumes with customers.
• Coordinate with logistics and planning for product availability and timely deliveries.
• Monitor accounts receivable, resolve delays/disputes, and ensure timely payments.
• Liaise with finance/risk teams to clear credit blocks and prepare regular reports/dashboards.
• Champion automation and digital transformation in order-to-cash processes.

Requirements

• Masters/Bachelor’s degree in business with 5+ years in key account management, supply chain, and commercial functions.
• Customer-focused mindset with experience managing regional customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track record in customer relationships and business growth with key accounts.
• Understanding of order-to-cash, accounting, and financial processes.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, multitasking, and performance under pressure across time zones.
• Hands-on SAP experience, MS Office prhirify.globalciency, excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• English and Mandarin communication skills for China and regional markets.
