Account Manager (Animal Nutrition)

Location: Hanoi, Vietnam; frequent travel across Vietnam is required.

What you will do

• Own the commercial and strategic responsibility for a critical key account.
• Develop long-term account strategies aligned with client objectives and company goals.
• Build executive-level relationships and manage complex, multi-stakeholder client environments.
• Drive account growth through expansion, upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers.
• Oversee forecasting, CRM pipeline management, risk mitigation, revenue growth, and margin performance.

Requirements

• Master's degree in animal nutrition, animal science, veterinary science, agribusiness, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in animal nutrition, animal health, animal production, farm management, or feed additives in Vietnam.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing Key Account Managers or sales professionals.
• Technical and practical understanding of animal nutrition, feed formulation, and animal health across multiple species.
• Strong communication, negotiation, planning, presentation, problem-solving, marketing, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Vietnam and engage with customers face to face.
