What you will do

  • Manage and grow database solution revenue across ASEAN accounts, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Singapore.
  • Generate pipeline through Account Reviews, XBRs, and partner-led motions.
  • Drive account expansion during renewals and within existing hirify.global footprints.
  • Execute the full end-to-end sales cycle with a strong focus on conversion and closure.
  • Partner with Core AEs, SEs, and external partners for deal execution.
  • Ensure high forecasting accuracy and maintain strict CRM discipline.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B tech sales, preferably in infrastructure, databases, or observability.
  • Proven track record of pipeline generation and meeting sales quotas.
  • Experience managing multi-country sales cycles within the ASEAN region.
  • Ability to conduct structured customer conversations and drive business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or Malay is preferred.
