What you will do
- Manage and grow database solution revenue across ASEAN accounts, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Singapore.
- Generate pipeline through Account Reviews, XBRs, and partner-led motions.
- Drive account expansion during renewals and within existing footprints.
- Execute the full end-to-end sales cycle with a strong focus on conversion and closure.
- Partner with Core AEs, SEs, and external partners for deal execution.
- Ensure high forecasting accuracy and maintain strict CRM discipline.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B tech sales, preferably in infrastructure, databases, or observability.
- Proven track record of pipeline generation and meeting sales quotas.
- Experience managing multi-country sales cycles within the ASEAN region.
- Ability to conduct structured customer conversations and drive business outcomes.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or Malay is preferred.
