Account Manager (Manager, AVP) (Wealth Management): Support client service activities for UHNW accounts managed by overseas Front Office Relationship Managers with an accent on trade support, operational tasks, payments, transfers, new account opening, client reviews, and credit handling. Focus on assisting with trade placements, margin checks, corporate actions, urgent callbacks, and coordination with compliance during onshore holidays or system disruptions.

Onsite BOS Singapore. Staggered working hours required (weekly rotation: 9am-6pm or 1pm-10pm SG time).

What you will do

  • Assist with trade placements, order checks, margin status, disclosures, and documentation during coverage hours (9am-11pm SG time) and onshore holidays.
  • Provide operational support including account blocking/unblocking, static data updates, money market placements, corporate actions, and client queries.
  • Handle payments and transfers: urgent callbacks, issue resolution, portfolio transfers, and credit approvals.
  • Support new account onboarding as intermediary between RMs, clients, compliance, and operations.
  • Assist with client reviews and credit tasks: applications, renewals, property matters, margin calls, and credit card management.
  • Host clients in SG BOS office and perform servicing tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma holder.
  • Minimum 5 years’ related experience in UHNW Wealth Management, client servicing, or Front Office sales support with multi-national private banks.
  • Ability to work with complex structures for wealth management, new account onboarding, and ongoing documentation.
  • Sound knowledge of wealth management products/services including investment products and credit (lending/leverage).
  • Proficiency with financial tools such as Reuters/Bloomberg preferred.
  • Excellent communication, client interfacing, attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, stressed environment with staggered hours (9am-6pm or 1pm-10pm rotations).
  • Completed CACS assessment preferred.
