Contract Project Manager

TL;DR

Contract Project Manager (Technology/Marketing): Own end-to-end execution of individual projects across marketing, communications, technology, and content operations with an accent on scope definition, budget tracking, and stakeholder alignment. What you will do

• Own end-to-end project management for initiatives in marketing, communications, technology, or content, including scope, scheduling, budget, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and status reports for stakeholder visibility.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners, manage dependencies, track actions, and resolve blockers.
• Lead kickoffs, status meetings, and retrospectives, capturing decisions, risks, and action items.
• Manage risks, issues, vendors, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Adapt to shifting priorities across multiple projects while maintaining quality and detail.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in marketing, technology, communications, content, or related fields
• Proven end-to-end project delivery with complex timelines, multiple workstreams, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience in at least two domains: Technology, Business Development, Marketing, Language & Translation, or Communications
• Strong project fundamentals: scope, scheduling, risk tracking, issue resolution, status reporting
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet
• Excellent communication for documentation and meetings; independent remote work; attention to detail
• Experience with large enterprises like Microsoft, Apple, Google, Amazon, etc.
• Location: United States required; available during established US working hours

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP or equivalent certification
• Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies
• Curiosity about AI tools for workflows
• Content operations, editorial workflows, or large-scale communications
• Multilingual or language/translation project experience
• External agency or vendor management
