What you will do

• Lead planning, delivery, and closeout of multiple SaaS implementation projects from kickoff to client acceptance.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, analysts, and consultants to meet milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies while managing client expectations and communications.
• Deliver status updates, progress reports, and presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3-5 years managing SaaS or technical projects, including risk, scope, and budget.
• Experience with CPQ and integration projects from initiation to go-live and hypercare.
• Proven delivery of results to external clients on complex projects with cross-functional and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and PM tools like Jira, OpenAir, Smartsheet, Monday, or MS Project.
• Strong negotiation, planning, analytical, organizational, reporting, communication, and team management skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications.
• Professional services experience in billable contexts.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, data migration, and SaaS configuration.
• Experience translating technical requirements to business terms and guiding change management, training, and adoption.
