What you will do

  • Oversee full project lifecycle for large, high-risk, multi-region modernization initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and quality.
  • Define project scope, prevent creep, and align stakeholders using Rocket’s PM framework.
  • Coordinate requirements, kickoffs, updates, and act as primary customer interface building trust-based relationships.
  • Monitor risks, optimize resources, provide financial forecasts, and pursue additional revenue opportunities.
  • Implement processes, track KPIs, drive improvements, and establish governance for operational excellence.
  • Mentor project managers, foster continuous learning, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent; PMP/PgMP preferred; Agile certifications beneficial.
  • 12+ years progressive PM experience in enterprise software/SaaS/professional services; 6+ years leading senior PMs.
  • Proven revenue growth and transformation via projects; cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Executive communication, coaching, leadership, resource/portfolio management, risk management, financial acumen.
  • Regular communication with CSE PMO, cross-functional teams, and leadership; ad-hoc milestone updates.
