What you will do

  • Build and own company-wide value-based messaging architecture using Force Management’s Command of the Message methodology.
  • Lead solution and outcome-based positioning, mapping platform to economic buyers' priorities across verticals.
  • Own storytelling for products, solutions, and GTM motions from board decks to sales plays and launches.
  • Drive GTM strategy and product launches that create pipeline impact through customer stories.
  • Enable commercial organization with playbooks, battlecards, ROI tools, and objection frameworks.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of 11 product marketers while representing PMM at executive levels.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in product marketing, 5+ years in executive leadership in high-growth B2B tech/SaaS
  • Mastery of value-based messaging frameworks like Force Management’s Command of the Message
  • Proven track record in GTM strategy, launches, sales enablement, and pipeline impact
  • Exceptional storytelling to translate technical platforms into buyer narratives
  • Experience leading high-performing PMM teams with strong analytical acumen
  • Background in complex B2B products and builder mentality
