What you will do

• Own product launches end-to-end, partnering with Product and Design to define audiences and sequence GTM motions.
• Develop and sharpen differentiated messaging and positioning for the core platform grounded in customer insights.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and market landscaping.
• Create practical enablement materials for Sales, Solutions, and Marketing teams to ensure narrative consistency.
• Monitor competitive landscapes and market trends to inform product decisions and launch strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS company with significant technical depth.
• Must be based in the US or UK.
• Technical confidence to dive directly into products to understand functionality and differentiation.
• Ability to synthesize complex research and community conversations into a clear, cohesive story.
• Collaborative working style with a strong bias toward practicality and action.
• Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools and ethical research methodologies.
