TL;DR

Staff Technical Product Marketing and Partner Marketing (Data Management): Shaping and executing product marketing strategy and partner initiatives to drive pipeline and revenue for data management solutions with an accent on product positioning, ecosystem growth, and GTM strategies. Focus on translating complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for data engineers and executives.

Location: Must be based in or be able to commute to Campbell, CA or San Jose, CA (On-site 3 days a week)

Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 a year

What you will do

  • Position the hirify.global platform in the competitive data management market and highlight unique differentiators.
  • Develop technical content assets including white papers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and videos.
  • Build and execute partner marketing programs to drive brand presence and pipeline growth.
  • Develop sales enablement materials and maintain strong relationships with the sales team.
  • Collaborate with partners to communicate product value and integrate them into marketing campaigns.
  • Forecast, measure, and report on partner-driven initiatives and lead sharing programs.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in technical product and partner marketing within the data industry.
  • BS in Computer Science or a related technical field; MBA from a top school preferred.
  • Deep understanding of data observability, data management, analytics, AI, and data engineering.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills for market research, competitive analysis, and measuring marketing success.
  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
