Salary: $135,700 — $258,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop differentiated messaging and positioning for hirify.global Observability that resonates with practitioners and decision makers.
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and campaigns, tracking key metrics.
  • Build training and content to enable sales, solutions engineering, and customer success teams.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with a globally distributed team including product, sales, marketing, and executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Direct experience with Observability, DevOps, or cloud-native infrastructure use cases.
  • Deep understanding of the daily challenges faced by SREs, platform engineers, and developers.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical ideas into compelling narratives and accessible content.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to audiences of various sizes.
  • Ability to work effectively across a highly cross-functional, globally distributed team.

Nice to have

  • Prior professional background as an SRE, platform engineer, solutions engineer, or consultant.
