Focus on developing strategies and roadmaps for ads measurement products, prototyping new capabilities with Product and R&D, and conducting custom multi-study meta-analyses.

Los Angeles, New York, or San Francisco. Expect to work in office 4+ days per week (default together policy).

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): $157,000–$235,000; Zone B: $149,000–$223,000; Zone C: $133,000–$200,000 annually + equity (RSUs).

What you will do

  • Drive performance improvement for top advertisers using learning-agenda strategies, experimental design, causal analytics, and ads efficacy prototyping.
  • Lead measurement, research, and learning plans for key clients to support media objectives and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop strategy, prioritization, and roadmap for ads measurement and insights products for specific industries or verticals.
  • Collaborate with Product and R&D to prototype and scale new measurement solutions.
  • Scope and develop custom multi-study meta-analyses with Data Science and R&D on marketing strategies across platforms.
  • Build measurement capabilities and advocacy across verticals and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or business field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of advanced analytics and measurement experience in tech, media agency, consulting, advertiser, or research company.
  • Experience with ads measurement.
  • Ability to structure analyses for insights and recommendations.
  • Clear communication and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of measurement concepts, statistical fundamentals, conversion lift, brand lift, or econometrics modeling.
  • Proficiency with SQL, R, SAS; applied statistics including causal modeling and time series.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in business, math, economics, or engineering.
  • Direct experience with top performance or brand advertisers.
  • Ads measurement experience in technology, entertainment, travel, telco, or finance verticals.
  • Experience building client/partner relationships and team leadership.
