What you will do

• Define and evolve the measurement strategy for the Elevate on-site advertising platform.
• Lead incrementality, lift testing, and experimentation frameworks for advertiser reporting.
• Build KPI frameworks connecting ad performance to product decisions and revenue growth.
• Partner with Ad Product, Ad Tech, Sales, and Data Engineering to ensure measurement rigor.
• Translate marketplace data into actionable insights to shape product roadmaps.
• Mentor data scientists and identify responsible AI-enabled workflows to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 8+ years of experience in data science, marketing science, or advertising analytics.
• Deep expertise in on-site advertising measurement, including lift testing and A/B experimentation.
• Strong knowledge of causal inference, marketing attribution, and marketing mix modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
