Salary: $148,000–$218,500 USD / $164,000–$193,500 CAD

What you will do

• Own the analytical narrative for the Operating Group and act as a strategic partner for PMs, engineering, marketing, and finance.
• Develop clear narratives and insights to influence product roadmaps and resource allocation.
• Establish causality using A/B testing, causal inference methods, and statistical analysis.
• Define and implement measurement frameworks and metrics strategies for complex multi-user ecosystems.
• Lead the evaluation and adoption of AI-native analytics tools and agent workflows.
• Mentor senior individual contributors on experimental rigor and causal thinking.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or decision science at a consumer tech company.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Proven expertise in causal inference methods (e.g., Difference-in-Differences, Synthetic Controls).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for statistical analysis.
• Experience with experimentation platforms like Statsig or Optimizely.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription or freemium business models.
• Knowledge of LTV modeling, incrementality testing, or marketing mix modeling.
• Experience building dbt models or contributing to analytics engineering workflows.
• Background in growth, retention, or lifecycle analytics.
