TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop end-to-end measurement frameworks, attribution models, and evaluation tools to assess marketing investment impact.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing, Creative, and Research teams to define success metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Apply statistical and machine learning models for audience targeting, creative effectiveness, and campaign performance.
  • Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytical tools to track brand performance and business impact.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for senior marketing leaders and executives.
  • Improve data quality and measurement infrastructure to establish scalable standards for the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Marketing Analytics supporting large-scale brand investments.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and causal inference.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience using Python or R for scalable analysis.
  • Proven ability to influence senior non-technical leaders through clear data translation.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with media mix modeling (MMM) or multi-touch attribution (MTA) methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing data platforms such as Segment or Amplitude.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS or Product-Led Growth (PLG) environment.
