Senior Data Scientist (AI)

Base salary: $170,000–$200,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Build, deploy, and maintain production systems for MMM, incrementality, insights, and recommendation products.
• Translate statistical and causal inference methodologies into scalable, reliable customer-facing capabilities.
• Improve measurement accuracy, coverage, reliability, and operational robustness.
• Debug issues across source data, pipelines, model logic, production services, and customer-facing outputs.
• Evaluate methodological improvements while balancing rigor, complexity, maintainability, and business value.
• Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success, explain statistical concepts to customers, and support measurement issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or another highly quantitative field; an MS or PhD is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience building and deploying data science, machine learning, or AI systems in production.
• Strong foundations in statistics, machine learning, experimentation, and causal inference.
• Strong coding and debugging skills with experience writing maintainable, testable, and reliable production-quality code.
• Experience owning projects end-to-end, from problem definition and methodology evaluation through deployment and operational support.
• Strong communication skills, autonomy, intellectual curiosity, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Hiring process
