What you will do

• Manage end-to-end logistics for customer training programs and events, including timelines, agendas, room setups, AV, materials, and on-site execution
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, trainers, and external vendors
• Deliver high-touch customer experiences with hospitality arrangements for executive-level customers
• Handle online registration, attendee lists, confirmations, attendance tracking, and special requests
• Coordinate travel, lodging, budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoices
• Support continuous improvement of event processes and tools

Requirements

• Must work onsite in Morton Grove, Illinois
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple events
• Experience in event coordination, logistics, and customer service
• Proficiency in managing registrations, communications, and vendor relations
• Ability to handle administrative tasks including budget and travel coordination
