What you will do

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to account management, field service, and technical service teams.
• Manage administrative processes oriented toward either Sales Support or Procurement/Supplier Support.
• Facilitate smooth communication between internal departments and external stakeholders (clients or suppliers).
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of order processing and invoicing to improve cash flow.
• Maintain ERP data accuracy and reporting quality.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Support, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in administrative or support roles, preferably in sales or procurement environments.
• Proven understanding of tender processes and preparation of sales documentation.
• Advanced IT proficiency in business applications and field service management tools.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Ability to work onsite in a traditional office environment.
