What you will do

• Manage end-to-end office experience as the primary contact for staff and visitors.
• Design and execute team events, offsites, and community rituals to strengthen connections.
• Oversee facilities, maintenance, and build scalable systems for supply ordering and workflows.
• Coordinate customer-facing brand events in partnership with the GTM team.
• Manage the office budget, negotiate with vendors, and track expenses.
• Lead space planning, research new office locations, and manage renovations.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in office management, hospitality, or operations in high-growth environments.
• Event management experience is a must.
• Must be based in San Francisco for onsite operations.
• Strong discretion and judgment when handling confidential information.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment under pressure.
• Fluency in English (company language).
