What you will do

• Process and review customer orders for pump repairs and testing services to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with engineering to obtain cost data from vendors and prepare detailed repair proposals.
• Coordinate trucking and logistics information in conjunction with the Shop team.
• Manage customer warranty files (TRAs) and process orders for replacement parts and services.
• Prepare shipping documents, daily invoices, and shipment reports for management.
• Handle customer correspondence regarding repair orders, complaints, and service inquiries.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in contract, project, or order management.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Pewaukee, Wisconsin.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
