What you will do
- Provide exceptional on-site experiences for guests and residents to drive positive reviews and brand loyalty.
- Coordinate between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless day-to-day property operations.
- Maintain a safe and compliant environment by adhering to established policies and operational standards.
- Handle administrative duties including expense coding, scheduling, and time-clock management.
- Manage inventory and order supplies for guest amenities and back-of-house needs.
- Resolve escalated guest and team member issues with autonomy and sound judgment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer, administrative, or operations support within hospitality, retail, multi-family, or F&B.
- 1+ years of experience as a team lead, supervisor, or mentor (preferred).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Full scheduling flexibility, including the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis.
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk for extended periods, and lift/move objects up to 50 lbs.
