What you will do

• Manage hardware-related operational activities and act as a primary liaison for Quote to Cash (QTC) teams.
• Execute bookings, billings, and license activities, including the handling of complex and escalated cases.
• Coordinate invoice delivery via portals, government platforms, SAP PDF, and signed hard-copy dispatch.
• Maintain and manage customer master data, including the creation of VAR and University accounts.
• Process Credit Adjustment Forms (CAF) ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
• Provide oversight and feedback for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during system releases.

Requirements

• Experience in order administration or QTC operational roles.
• Proficiency in managing complex bookings, billings, and licensing entitlements.
• Ability to handle customer master data and access rights management.
• Must be located in or able to work from San Jose, California.
