What you will do

• Maintain and update corporate records and track deadlines for annual filings and renewals across jurisdictions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external legal advisors and corporate service providers worldwide.
• Support the incorporation, structuring, and post-incorporation requirements of new global entities.
• Own the corporate entity management tool (Klea) and support the completion of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).
• Identify and implement process improvements to standardize templates and optimize governance workflows.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a corporate paralegal in an international environment.
• Experience with corporate governance and entity management across European jurisdictions.
• Proven track record of supporting DDQs or similar due diligence processes.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in managing legal documentation.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills for stakeholder coordination.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting international entity incorporations in the US, LATAM, or APAC.
• Familiarity with Klea or other professional entity management tools.
• Exposure to due diligence processes within a commercial or SaaS environment.
