What you will do
- Manage and grow North American partners, including DMRs, Services Partners, and Regional VAR/SIs.
- Collaborate with the sales organization to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual channel objectives.
- Optimize partner relationships by prioritizing high-performing partners and retiring unperforming ones.
- Partner with marketing to design plays and programs to drive lead generation and growth.
- Guide the business transformation from transactional sales to a strategic land-and-expand approach.
- Ensure robust forecasting accuracy and consistent pipeline build through the channel.
Requirements
- Experience selling software, preferably in the monitoring (ITOM) space.
- Deep expertise in channel partner management: recruitment, onboarding, and joint go-to-market planning.
- Proficiency in sales engagement models such as Challenger Selling, Solution Selling, or Miller-Heiman.
- Experience working with North American DMRs like CDW, SHI, WWT, or Insight.
- Thorough understanding of the two-tier distribution model.
- Proven track record of scaling partner programs and driving double-digit growth.
