What you will do

• Lead the team's operational CRM strategy, focusing on automation and reusability of communications.
• Own the measurement framework and translate business needs into Braze requirements and implementation.
• Manage data attributes and event requirements for strategy delivery and pipeline validation.
• Drive a test-and-learn strategy to optimize and deliver value through communication tools.
• Oversee daily reporting and improve self-serve reporting capabilities via Looker for senior stakeholders.
• Manage, develop, and grow a team of direct reports.

Requirements

• Advanced technical expertise in Braze, Liquid, SQL, and BigQuery.
• Deep CRM experience with a proven track record in targeting and segmentation.
• Experience in deliverability management, including IP health and reputation.
• Proficiency in reporting tools, specifically Looker.
• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
