What you will do
- Serve as the primary Client Success contact for Tier 4 public safety agencies.
- Execute quarterly digital touchpoints with assigned accounts.
- Initiate and plan renewal strategies 12–18 months in advance.
- Process quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders.
- Identify customer risk indicators early and coordinate mitigation plans.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
- Experience executing digital engagement or scaled customer success programs.
- Proficiency using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
- Ability to identify risk indicators and proactively initiate engagement.
- Must be based in or able to work in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid).
- Willingness to travel 5–10%.
